  • MONIN Tiki syrup – 10 ml
  • Classic or ginger lemonade – 90 ml
  • Lime – 1 slice
  • Basil – 5 leaves
  • Ice – 150 g
  • Lime zest – to taste

Method of preparation:

  1. Pour espresso into a shaker and add 1 ice cube to it, then close the lid and shake the ingredients well.
  2. Take a glass and place 4 ice cubes in it, add syrup and juice from 1 lime wedge.
  3. Add fresh basil and pour classic or ginger lemonade.
  4. Pour all the ingredients with cold coffee, add fresh ginger, lime zest, and basil.
