  • Coconut milk - 100 ml

  • Salt - to taste

Method of preparation:

  1. Cut the pumpkin into cubes, put it on a baking sheet and send it to the oven to bake until tender.
  2. When it becomes soft put it in a saucepan with a thick bottom and cover with water, cook until the pumpkin is completely cooked.
  3. Then pour in the milk, spices, garlic and transfer to a blender, whisk until smooth.

Garnish with seeds to your liking before serving.

2. Omelette with spinach

  • Chicken egg - 2 pcs.
  • Frozen spinach - 20 g
  • Sea salt - 0.5 g
  • Cream 33% - 35 g
  • Olive oil - 2 g

Method of preparation:

  1. Defrost the spinach and squeeze out a little water.
  2. Add eggs, salt, olive oil, throw everything in a blender, whisk well. let it brew for 25 minutes to settle the foam.
  3. Pour the finished spinach mixture into molds and put in the oven for 20 minutes at 160 C.

Serve the omelet with fresh vegetables and croutons.

3. Chicken broth

Chicken fillet broth


  • Fillet - 200 g
  • Water - 1 liter
  • Carrots - 80 g
  • Onions - 1 pc.
  • Salt, pepper - to taste

Method of preparation:

  1. Cut the fillet and send it to cook for 20 minutes, then drain the water.
  2. Dice the vegetables, add them to the fillet, add water and cook until the vegetables are tender.
  3. Season with salt, pepper, herbs, and eat.

4. Thin pancakes with milk

  • Milk - 1 liter
  • Flour - 2 cups
  • Sugar - 2 tbsp
  • Eggs - 2 pcs.
  • Vegetable oil - 1-2 tbsp
  • Salt - a pinch

Method of preparation:

  1. Add well-sifted flour, eggs, salt, sugar to the milk, whisk well until the consistency of liquid sour cream.
  2. Pour vegetable oil into a well-heated frying pan and fry the pancakes.
