1. Classic lemonade with lemon

Ingredients:

  • water - 2 liters
  • sugar - 350 g
  • freshly squeezed juice - 350 ml
  • ice - 10-20 cubes
  • mint - a couple of sprigs

Method of preparation:

  1. Wash the lemons, squeeze the juice out of them, add to the saucepan with the sugar, and cook over low heat until it boils.
  2. Cool the syrup, add it to a pitcher, cover it with cold water, add ice, stir, and serve.
  3. You can chop the mint and add it to the pitcher or add it in portions to the glasses.

2. Orange lemonade

  • oranges - 3 pcs.
  • water - 1 liter
  • sugar - 100 g
  • lemon - 1 pc.

Method of preparation:

  1. Wash the oranges and lemon, and squeeze the juice out of them.
  2. In a saucepan, cook the sugar with water, bring it to a boil, and then cook for another 10 minutes, stirring constantly.
  3. Be sure to cool the syrup and strain through a sieve.
  4. Then add the citrus juice, mix everything thoroughly, and cool.
  5. Add ice before serving.

3. Ginger-mint lemonade

  • ginger - 30 g
  • mint - a couple of sprigs
  • water - 1 liter
  • lemon juice - 250 ml
  • ice - 10-20 cubes

Method of preparation:

  1. Pour sugar with water and cook over low heat until it dissolves.
  2. Add peeled and coarsely chopped ginger and mint, mix and cool well.
  3. Take a pitcher and strain the syrup through a sieve.
  4. Add water, lemon juice, and ice, and mix thoroughly.
