  • Rice - 70 g
  • Onion - 1 pc.
  • Oil - 1 tsp.
  • Cheese - 50-70 g
  • Eggs - 3 pcs.
  • Salt, pepper - to taste

Method of preparation:

  1. First of all, boil the rice until half-cooked.
  2. Cut the onion into small cubes and fry well in vegetable oil.
  3. Wash and cut the zucchini into medium slices.
  4. Grate the cheese on a coarse grater.
  5. Beat the eggs with salt.
  6. Mix thoroughly with the rice, zucchini, onion, eggs, salt, and pepper.
  7. Grease a baking dish with vegetable oil, put the casserole base, sprinkle with cheese on top, and put in the oven for 30-35 minutes at 180 C.

  • Cottage cheese - 200 g
  • Oat flour - 3 tbsp.
  • Eggs - 1 pc.
  • Sweetener - to taste

Method of preparation:

  1. Break one chicken egg into a plate. Thoroughly mix the white with the yolk.
  2. Put the cottage cheese in a convenient deep bowl, add the beaten egg.
  3. Add 3 tbsp of oatmeal and sweetener to the finished dough, mix, and form small balls with your hands.
  4. Boil water, throw in the dumplings, and cook for about 4-5 minutes until they float.
  5. Serve the dumplings with fresh berries and low-fat yogurt.

3. Pita bread roll with mushrooms

Pita bread roll

Ingredients:

  • Pita bread - 1 pc.
  • Mushrooms - 200 g
  • Cheese - 200 g
  • Fillet - 250 g
  • Onion - 1 pc.
  • Sour cream - 150 g
  • Oil - 1-2 tbsp
  • Salt, pepper - to taste
  • Dill - 1 bunch

Method of preparation:

  1. Wash the mushrooms, chop them randomly, dice the onion, and fry them.
  2. Grate the cheese on a coarse grater.
  3. Boil the fillet in salt water.
  4. Spread out the pita bread, grease generously with sour cream, put the mushrooms and onions, top with the fillet pieces, and chopped dill, and sprinkle with cheese.
  5. Roll the pita bread into a tight roll and refrigerate for 2-3 hours.
