Ingredients:

  • cauliflower – 1 head
  • paprika – 1 tsp
  • butter – 3 tbsp
  • salt – 1/2 tsp
  • black pepper – 1/2 tsp
  • turmeric – 1/2 tsp
  • ground cinnamon – 1/2 tsp
  • sugar – 1/2 tsp

Method of preparation:

  1. Wash the cabbage and divide it into florets.
  2. Melt the butter in a frying pan, remove from heat, pour into a bowl, and add salt, sugar, paprika, turmeric, cinnamon, and pepper, and mix thoroughly.
  3. Put the cabbage in this mixture and mix, put it on a baking sheet, and put it in the oven for 25 minutes at 200 C.

The finished dish is best eaten hot with fresh vegetables.

2. Cauliflower in the oven with tomato paste, cheese and mustard

Ingredients:

  • cauliflower – 1 head
  • tomato paste – 4-5 tbsp
  • Dijon mustard – 1 tbsp
  • vegetable oil – 3 tbsp
  • grated cheese – 60-70 g
  • oregano – 1 tsp
  • pepper, salt – 1/4 tsp each
  • dry garlic – 1/2 tsp.

Method of preparation:

  1. Wash the cabbage well, and divide it into large inflorescences.
  2. Make the sauce: mix the tomato paste, oil, mustard, oregano, pepper, salt, dry garlic, grate the cheese and add it. Mix everything thoroughly and add the cabbage, mix thoroughly.
  3. Put the cabbage on a baking sheet, and bake for about 20-25 minutes at 190-200 C.

3. Whole cauliflower in the oven with garlic and cheese

Ingredients:

  • cauliflower – 1 head
  • cottage cheese – 100 g
  • fresh garlic – 4-5 cloves
  • lemon – 1 pc
  • butter – 70 g
  • spices – to taste
  • salt – 1/4 tsp
  • greens - to your taste – 20 g

Method of preparation:

  1. Wash the cabbage, and dry it.
  2. Grate the cheese on a coarse grater.
  3. Melt the butter, add the lemon zest, chopped garlic, and herbs, spices, salt, and pour this mixture over the cabbage.
  4. Take a baking dish, put the cabbage in it, cover it with foil, and put it in the oven for 30 minutes at 200 C.
  5. After 25 minutes, take it out and sprinkle it with grated cheese, put it back in the oven, but without the foil for 5 minutes.

The finished dish will be great served hot with sour cream sauce.
