1. Chicken with vegetables and beans

Chicken kebab

Ingredients:

  • fillet - 300-400 g
  • onion - 1 pc.
  • tomatoes - 2 pcs.
  • green beans - a handful
  • bell pepper - 1 pc.
  • olive oil - 1-2 tbsp.
  • salt, pepper - to taste

Method of preparation:

  1. Cut the fillet, and fry until golden brown.
  2. Wash the vegetables, chop them randomly, and add to the pan.
  3. Wash the beans and add them to the pan, stir, cover, and simmer for about 10 minutes.
  4. Season with spices at the end.

2. Zucchini pancakes

Zucchini pancakes with cheese

Ingredients:

  • zucchini - 1 pc.
  • onion - 1 pc.
  • garlic - 1 clove.
  • egg - 1 pc.
  • flour - 2-3 tbsp.
  • salt, pepper - to taste

Method of preparation:

  1. Grate the zucchini, squeeze well, chop the onion into cubes, add the egg, sifted flour, chopped garlic, salt, pepper, and mix.
  2. Pour vegetable oil into a frying pan, spoon the pancakes, and fry well until golden brown.

The dish is best eaten with sour cream and you can add herbs.

3. Light beetroot salad with cheese

Beetroot salad
  • beetroot - 1 pc.
  • Feta cheese - 100 g
  • any nuts - 30 g
  • garlic - 1 clove
  • olive oil - 1-2 tbsp. 

Method of preparation:

  1. Boil the beets, cut into large cubes, add the cheese, and sprinkle with nuts.
  2. Drizzle with oil and add chopped garlic.
