1. Chicken with vegetables and beans
Ingredients:
- fillet - 300-400 g
- onion - 1 pc.
- tomatoes - 2 pcs.
- green beans - a handful
- bell pepper - 1 pc.
- olive oil - 1-2 tbsp.
- salt, pepper - to taste
Method of preparation:
- Cut the fillet, and fry until golden brown.
- Wash the vegetables, chop them randomly, and add to the pan.
- Wash the beans and add them to the pan, stir, cover, and simmer for about 10 minutes.
- Season with spices at the end.
2. Zucchini pancakes
Ingredients:
- zucchini - 1 pc.
- onion - 1 pc.
- garlic - 1 clove.
- egg - 1 pc.
- flour - 2-3 tbsp.
- salt, pepper - to taste
Method of preparation:
- Grate the zucchini, squeeze well, chop the onion into cubes, add the egg, sifted flour, chopped garlic, salt, pepper, and mix.
- Pour vegetable oil into a frying pan, spoon the pancakes, and fry well until golden brown.
The dish is best eaten with sour cream and you can add herbs.
3. Light beetroot salad with cheese
- beetroot - 1 pc.
- Feta cheese - 100 g
- any nuts - 30 g
- garlic - 1 clove
- olive oil - 1-2 tbsp.
Method of preparation:
- Boil the beets, cut into large cubes, add the cheese, and sprinkle with nuts.
- Drizzle with oil and add chopped garlic.
