Ingredients:

  • rice - 100 g
  • shrimp - 100 g
  • soy sauce - 2-4 tbsp
  • frozen vegetables - 200 g
  • fresh vegetables of any kind - 100 g
  • garlic - 2-3 cloves.
  • butter - 30-40 g
  • egg - 1 pc.

Method of preparation:

1. Boil the rice until half cooked.

2. Fry the shrimp and garlic well in oil, add the frozen vegetables, fry, and add the chopped fresh vegetables and rice.

3. Next, pour in the soy sauce, stir-fry, and fry well for another 2-3 minutes.

4. Move the dish a little bit in the pan, fry the egg, and mix it with the finished dish.

Ingredients:

  • rice - 350 g
  • sugar - 100 g
  • milk - 500 ml
  • coconut milk - 50 ml
  • vanilla sugar - 1/2 tsp.
  • lemon - 1 pc.
  • orange - 1 pc.
  • eggs - 2 pcs.
  • protein - 1 pc.
  • lime - 1 pc.

Method of preparation:

1. Boil the rice and be sure to cool it.

2. Grate the zest from the citrus fruits, but the top layer without the white part, so that the pudding does not have a bitter taste.

3. Pour the milk into a saucepan, add vanilla sugar, coconut milk, and zest, and cook over medium heat for about 5 minutes.

4. Beat the eggs, egg white, and sugar well, add the hot milk mixture and mix well.

5. Put the rice in the mold and pour the egg-milk mixture on top.

6. Put the mold on a container of water to create a water bath and put it in the oven for 45-60 minutes.

Serve the dish with jam.
