Ingredients:

  • Broccoli cabbage - 500 g
  • Hard cheese - 100 g
  • Milk - 200 ml
  • Eggs - 2 pcs.
  • Salt - 0.25 tsp
  • Ground pepper - 1-2 pinches

Method of preparation:

  1. Wash the cabbage well, and divide it into florets.
  2. Boil water, add salt, and boil for 2-3 minutes.
  3. Afterward, rinse immediately in cold water to help preserve the bright color.
  4. Put the cabbage in a baking dish.
  5. Make the filling: beat the eggs with salt, add milk, and mix.
  6. Grate the cheese on a coarse grater.
  7. Pour the milk and egg mixture over the broccoli, sprinkle with cheese, and put in the oven for 15 minutes at 200 C.

The dish is best served warm with a vegetable salad.

2. Broccoli in batter

Ingredients:

  • Broccoli - 400-500 g
  • Egg - 1 pc.
  • Flour - 120 g
  • Mineral water - 150 ml
  • Oil - 200 ml
  • Baking powder - 0.5 tsp
  • Garlic - 1 clove
  • Salt, pepper - to taste

Method of preparation:

  1. Wash the cabbage, divide it into large florets, and boil it in salt water.
  2. Separate the yolk from the protein, put the egg yolk in a bowl, add the chopped garlic clove, salt, and pepper, and mix thoroughly.
  3. Then add baking powder and mineral water, and stir.
  4. Whip the egg whites into a froth and add to the batter, dip the broccoli florets in one by one.
  5. Pour the oil into the pan, put the cabbage, and fry until tender.
  6. Put it on a paper towel to drain the excess fat.

You can eat the dish both hot and cold, it will be delicious with sour cream sauce.
