Method of preparation:

  1. Boil the quinoa until tender.
  2. Wash and chop all the vegetables and herbs.
  3. Mix olive oil and lemon juice, add salt, and mix well.
  4. Mix the vegetables and herbs with the quinoa and pour over the sauce, don't forget to add the chopped garlic.

How to cook:

  2. Chop half an onion, pour lemon juice over it, add salt, sugar, boiling water, and leave to marinate.
  3. For the sauce: take equal proportions of parsley and cilantro, whisk in a blender with salt and olive oil.
