2-ingredient meringue: how to cook this quick dessert
Meringue is basicaly whipped and baked egg whites. It is used as a base for many desserts. And, of course, as a separate dessert. You can add chopped chocolate, nuts, or peanuts to it if you like, and it will taste delicious.
The recipe for meringue, which you can make with just two main ingredients, is published on the anna_tasty_story culinary blog on Instagram.
Ingredients:
- whites - 4-5 pcs.
- sugar - 150 g
- chocolate - 1 bar
Method of preparation:
1. Beat cold egg whites with a mixer, gradually adding sugar. Beat until stiff peaks to keep the whites in shape.
2. Chop the chocolate and add to the whites. Mix well.
3. Cover a baking sheet with parchment. Spoon in the whites.
4. Bake at 180 degrees for 5 minutes. Then leave the meringue in a closed oven for 2 hours.
