Cheesecake or cake is not an easy choice for those with a sweet tooth. But the good thing is that these two desserts can be easily combined into one – a real gastronomic delight. Such a delicacy will definitely not leave anyone indifferent. And it can be easily prepared both for family tea drinking and for a birthday.

The recipe for theunusual cheesecake cake was shared by food blogger Oksana Myroniuk. It was published on Instagram.

Ingredients:

For the sponge cake:

  • Eggs - 6 pcs.
  • Sugar - 190 g
  • Butter - 135 g
  • Cocoa - 55 g
  • Boiling water - 130 g
  • Flour - 150 g
  • Starch - 30 g
  • Baking powder - 1 sachet
  • Salt.

For the cheesecake:

  • Cream cheese - 150 g
  • Cream - 150 g
  • Sugar - 80 g
  • Eggs - 1 pc.
  • Vanillin
  • Starch - 1 tsp.

For the cream:

  • Cream cheese - 400 g
  • Cream - 200 g
  • Powdered sugar - 100 g

For the filling:

  • Cherries - 200 g
  • Sugar - 2 tbsp.
  • Starch - 1 tbsp.

Method of cooking sponge cake:

1. Separate the yolks from the whites.

2. Add a pinch of salt to the whites and beat until stiff. Gradually add some sugar while continuing to beat.

3. Beat the yolks with the rest of the sugar.

4. Add the oil and sifted cocoa to the yolks. Mix well.

5. Gradually add the egg whites to the mixture.

6. Pour into the mold and bake at 150-170 degrees for 40-50 minutes.

7. Cool the cake, then wrap it in cling film and leave it in the refrigerator for about 6 hours.

Method of making cheesecake:

1. Beat two types of cottage cheese, sugar and vanilla.

2. Add the egg and mix.

3. Add cream, and starch and mix until smooth.

4. Pour the resulting mass into the mold. Bake at 200 degrees for 10 minutes, then at 100 degrees for 50 minutes. Cool and put in the refrigerator overnight.

Method of preparation of the cream:

1. Beat all the ingredients with a mixer.

How to prepare the filling:

1. Mix all ingredients and bring to a boil. Cool.

Forming the cake:

1. Divide the sponge cake into 2 parts. Cut off the cap and leave it for the crumbs.

2. Put a thin layer of cream on the cake.

3. Put the cheesecake and spread the cream on the sides.

4. Put a thin layer of cream and cherries.

5. Put out the cake and spread the rest of the cream over the entire dessert.

6. Sprinkle with crumbs.
