Queen Elizabeth II of the United Kingdom simply loves sweets. Her former chef Darren McGrady noted that she is ready to give up some fish and meat dishes, but not sweet treats.

1. Chocolate mousse with whiskey
Ingredients:
- milk chocolate - 1/2 cup
- dark chocolate - 1/2 cup
- cream 35% - 3 cups
- gelatin - 1 pc.
- whiskey - 30 g
Method of preparation:
- Pour 3 cups of cream into a saucepan, bring to a boil, add chopped chocolate, and leave it for 2-3 minutes.
- Stir well until smooth and leave the mixture to cool.
- Melt the gelatin in hot water and pour it into the chocolate mixture.
- Add the whiskey and mix well.
- Whip the cream until it becomes stiff and add it to the chocolate mixture.
- Pour into suitable dishes and refrigerate.
2. Pistachio cookies
Ingredients:
- pistachios - 95 g
- butter - 50 g
- cream - 1 tbsp
- powdered sugar - 65 g
- lemon zest - 35 g
- dried cherries - 45 g
- almonds - 25 g
- flour - 15 g
- dark chocolate - 200 g
Method of preparation:
- Melt the butter and sugar in a saucepan, stir, add the cream, salt, almonds, cherries, pistachios, zest and flour, mix thoroughly.
- Cover a baking sheet with parchment, spoon the dough out and place in the oven for 10-12 minutes at 180 C.
- Brush the finished cookies with melted chocolate and let them cool completely.
