15-minute healthy egg breakfast in the oven instead of boring omelet
If you're tired of the usual omelet for breakfast, try making egg muffins. You can combine many different seasonal vegetables and pieces of red fish in this dish. It will be very satisfying and nutritious.

Ingredients:
- red fish
- broccoli
- cheese
- eggs
- salt, pepper
Method of preparation:
1. Dice the fish and place in a muffin tin.
2. Disassemble the broccoli into florets and add to the fish.
3. Cut the cheese into cubes and add too.
4. Beat the eggs with salt and pepper. For a 6-muffin mold, you need 4 eggs.
5. Pour the egg mixture over the muffins.
6. Bake at 180 for 10-15 minutes until tender.
