In the morning, you always want to make a quick, tasty, and healthy breakfast, but you don't always have enough time to do so. However, there are often products that can be used to make a good breakfast in just 10 minutes.
Chef and MasterChef judge Volodymyr Yaroslavskyi shared 10 ideas for a quick, hearty, and healthy breakfast on Instagram.
1. Yogurt, granola, berries
Combine these three simple ingredients to make a delicious breakfast.
2. Avocado toast with different fillings
Preparing this breakfast option is a simple elementary task. It is enough to choose a ripe avocado, you can also add salmon and a poached egg, and it will be very tasty.
3. Salty oatmeal with mushrooms and parmesan
We're all used to eating sweet oatmeal with milk, but salty oatmeal is also delicious, and if you add mushrooms and parmesan, you'll have a great dish.
4. Croque monsieur
This is one of the most famous French breakfasts. It is a sandwich with cheese, ham, and fried eggs.
5. Shakshuka
A dish of eggs fried in a sauce of tomatoes, hot peppers, onions, and seasonings, served for breakfast with bread or pita.
6. Polenta with wild mushrooms and poached egg
This is a very interesting alternative to the usual cereals – a hearty, tasty dish based on milk and water, with the addition of Parmesan cheese, mushrooms, and a poached egg. If you don't like mushrooms, you can safely replace them with fried zucchini, bacon, or sweet corn from a can.
7. French omelet "Madame Poulard"
This is a delicate, fluffy omelet made with egg whites, salt, oil, and milk. It is very easy to prepare: just beat the whites well until they form stiff peaks, grind the yolks with salt, fry them first, put the cooked whites on top, cover with a lid, and when the whites are set, pour in the yolks and fry until done.

This dish is very simple and quick to prepare, just make a good dough and cook it properly.
9. Cottage cheese pancakes
One of everyone's favorite breakfasts, cottage cheese pancakes are very simple to prepare – choose a good cottage cheese, add eggs, sugar, salt, and vanilla sugar and you can either fry in a pan or bake in the oven.
10. Croissants (can be with salty fillings)
It is enough to buy ready-made croissants, but prepare delicious fillings for them, for example, egg with cheese, herbs, tuna, vegetables, and salmon.
