Give up straighteners

This also applies to hair dryers. High temperatures are very harmful to naturally dry hair. If you can't give up stylers, you should use thermal protection. Just spread it over the entire length before styling.

Care

It is not recommended to comb wet hair. First, use an express conditioner to quickly detangle your hair after showering. Use a towel to gently get rid of excess water, but do not rub it too hard, as this will damage the hair. It is also a good idea to replace a regular pillowcase with a silk one. It will provide minimal friction during sleep, which makes the strands thin.
