1. Egg
Make hard-boiled eggs. Grate them on a large grater. Add finely chopped green onions, dill, and salt.
2. Sweet cheese
Take 500 g. of cottage cheese, 1 egg yolk, 2 tablespoons of sugar, and 50 g of raisins. Add the egg yolk and sugar to the cottage cheese and beat everything. Add the raisins, previously soaked in boiling water, to the resulting mass.
3. Chicken
Take 1 chicken breast or fillet, dill, 2 boiled eggs, salt, and ground black pepper. Boil the chicken breast. Beat it in a meat grinder. Finely chop the dill. Grate eggs on a coarse grater and salt and pepper to taste.
4. Mushroom
Take 500 g. of mushrooms, 2 onions, salt, and ground black pepper. Fry finely chopped mushrooms and onions in a pan with oil and spices.
5. Liver
Take 500 g. of liver (pork, beef, chicken), 2 onions, 1 carrot, 3 eggs, salt, and ground black pepper.
Fry the liver with finely chopped onions and grated carrots for about ten minutes. Then add a little water and simmer until tender. Pass through a meat grinder or beat in a blender. Grate the eggs on a coarse grater, add salt and pepper to taste, and add to the liver paste. You can do it without eggs.
6. Minced meat
Take 500 g. of fresh minced meat, 1 onion, salt, and ground black pepper.
Fry the minced meat with finely chopped onions for 20 minutes, stirring. You can add mustard or ketchup if desired.
7. Cheese and ham
Take 300 g. of ham and 150 g. of hard cheese. Cut the ham into strips and grate the cheese on a coarse grater. Salt to taste.
8. Salty cheese
Take 500 g. of cottage cheese, green onions, dill, and salt. Finely chop the greens, mix with the cottage cheese and salt.
9. Sweet festive mix
Take poppy seeds, cherries, cottage cheese, sugar, vanilla, and lemon zest. Steam the poppy seeds with boiling water for 20 minutes, then drain and mix with sugar to taste. Leave the fresh or frozen cherries without pits in a colander to drain off excess water. Mix cottage cheese with sugar, vanilla, and lemon zest, if desired. Wrap the pancakes like a roll: first, add a thin strip of poppy seeds and roll up, then add cherries and roll up, and then add cottage cheese and roll up to the end.
