Sugar-free wth rice flour
- cottage cheese - 200 g
- eggs - 1 pc
- rice flour - 1 tbsp
Method of preparation:
- Thoroughly mix all the ingredients, form syrnyky, put on a baking sheet and bake until golden brown.
Sweet
- cottage cheese - 450 g
- eggs - 1 pc
- sugar - 2 tbsp
- any flour - 2 tbsp
Method of preparation:
- Mix the egg with cottage cheese, flour and sugar.
- Form small syrnyky, fry in a pan for about 1 minute, and then bake for 5-10 minutes.
With semolina
- cottage cheese - 400 g
- eggs - 2 pcs
- sour cream - 2 tbsp
- semolina - 3 tbsp
- sugar - 2 tbsp
- flour - 4 tbsp
Method of preparation:
- Rub the cottage cheese through a sieve, add sour cream, eggs, and semolina and leave for 10 minutes.
- Add flour, form syrnyky and bake at 180 °C for about 7 minutes.
