Quick potato pizza with cheese: the secret to the perfect dough

Pizza is the fastest and most hearty option for lunch and dinner. You can make it with different toppings and use any kind of dough, both yeast and unleavened.

Food blogger Olena Yermolenko shared a recipe for a delicious and quick potato pizza that everyone will love on Instagram.

Ingredients:

Dough:

  • whole grain and wheat flour - 450 g
  • water - 280 ml
  • dry yeast - 1 tsp
  • olive oil - 4 tbsp
  • salt and sugar - 1 tsp

Filling:

  • potatoes - 2-3 pcs
  • sour cream - 100 g
  • cheese - 100 g

Method of preparation:

1. Make the starter: mix warm water with yeast and sugar and leave in a warm place for 15 minutes.

2. Then add the flour and olive oil and mix well. Knead the dough and leave it for 1 hour to rise.

3. Stretch the dough by hand and place it on a parchment-lined baking sheet.

4 . Top the dough with olive oil, sour cream, cheese, and sliced potatoes, and sprinkle with spices.

5. Preheat the oven, put the pizza in and bake at 200°C for about 20-25 minutes.
