Recipe for baked underbelly

Underbelly is a delicious appetizer that can be cooked in brine, pickled, boiled, or simply baked in the oven. It has a good combination of meat and lard, which makes it fully reveal its taste. It is only important to choose the right spices to make the appetizer flavorful. The dish goes well with side dishes, sauces and just bread.

Food blogger Maryna (marisha_recepti) shared a recipe for underbelly with spices, which is cooked in a baking sleeve, on her Instagram page.
