  • Pears should have a dense texture.

1. To begin with, it is advised to thoroughly wash and peel the fruit. After that, dry the pear well.

2. At this stage, you should boil the pears in sweet water for 10-15 minutes. Then cool.

3. Slice the pears into medium-thick pieces, removing the seeds.

4. Place the chopped fruit evenly on a baking tray and cook at 70 degrees for approximately 12-15 hours. During the process of drying, the fruit should be periodically turned over.
