Ingredients:

  • raspberries – 1 kg

  • sugar – 500 g
  • orange pulp – 100 g

  • zest of half an orange

  • balsamic vinegar – 30 ml

Method of preparation:

1. Pick the raspberries and leave only the whole, undamaged berries. Put them in a saucepan, cover with sugar, and let stand for 20-30 minutes to let the raspberries release their juice.

2. Put a saucepan over medium heat and bring to a boil. Be sure to stir occasionally with a spoon. Cook the jam for 5-10 minutes after boiling.

3. Cut the orange into slices and add to the jam. Pour in the balsamic vinegar and cook for another 5 minutes.
