Pineapple pie: it turns out very fluffy and tender
If you're already bored with apple and plum pies, you should choose canned pineapple for the filling. You don't need to wash or peel them, just put them in the mold. The texture is very tender and juicy.
The idea of making a pineapple pie was published on the Instagram page of food blogger Tania Sheremet (tania_sheremet).
Ingredients:
- eggs – 4 pcs.
- sugar – 200 g
- butter – 180 g
- sifted flour – 200 g
- pineapple juice – 90 ml
- canned pineapple rings – 7 pcs
- baking powder – 2 tsp
- baking soda – 1/2 tsp
- salt – 1/3 tsp.
Method of preparation:
1. Mix the dry ingredients: flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt.
2. Beat the butter at room temperature with the sugar until lightened. Continue beating at medium speed, add eggs one by one, and mix well.
3. Pour in the juice of the canned pineapple, add the flour and mix until smooth.
4. Grease a 23 cm diameter baking dish with butter, sprinkle with flour, sprinkle with sugar, put canned pineapple rings on top, pour the dough over the pineapples, and smooth.
5. Put it in the oven at 160 degrees and bake for 50 minutes, but be guided by your oven.
