How to cook chanterelles: an idea for a quick meal

Chanterelles are very easy to prepare as they do not require long cleaning and cooking. This product is especially delicious when stewed in sour cream and served with hot potatoes.

The idea of cooking chanterelles in sour cream was published on the Instagram page of food blogger Marina with the nickname marishka_easycooking .

Ingredients:

  • chanterelles
  • sour cream or cream
  • salt, pepper

Method of preparation:

1. Rinse the chanterelles well and cut them into large pieces.

2. Throw in boiling salted water and cook for 5-7 minutes

3. Lightly fry in butter (1-2 minutes) and add sour cream (can be diluted with a little water) or cream.

4. Stew under the lid for 10 minutes.

5. Remove the lid and turn up the heat to high. First, evaporate the remaining liquid and then fry over high heat for 5 minutes.

6. Serve with mashed potatoes or pasta. Add pepper if desired.
