Khachapuri is a delicious Georgian dish filled with cheese and eggs. It is best to cook the dish on the basis of cheese dough, so it will be even tastier than in the classic version.

Ingredients:
- Cottage cheese 5% - 150 g
Cheese for the dish
- Chicken egg - 1 pc + 2 yolks or 2 quail eggs
Chicken eggs
- Flour (rice, whole grain) - 40 g
- Salt - to taste
- Baking powder on the tip of the knife - optional
''Mozzarella'' for the filling
- Mozzarella or other melted cheese - 25
Method of preparation:
1. Grind the cheese well so that there are no lumps.

2. Add the egg, salt and flour, mix and divide the dough into 2 parts and form khachapuri with your hands, put it on a baking sheet covered with parchment, make indentations for the filling and bake for 30 minutes at 180 C.

3. Grate the cheese.
4. Take out the finished khachapuri, sprinkle with grated mozzarella, crack an egg or yolk on top and put back in the oven until melted.
