Method of preparation:

1. Mix milk, eggs, and sugar with a whisk.

4. Make indentations in the center and pour in the milk and egg mixture.

5. Knead the dough.

6. Put the dough under food wrap and send it to the refrigerator for an hour.

7. Freeze one-third of the dough.

8. Roll out the other part into a floured sheet and place on a mold.

  • plums - 700 g
  • sugar - 140 g
  • cornstarch (if the plums are very watery 55 g) - 40-55 g

Method of preparation:

1. Whip the plums with a blender.

2. Mix the starch and sugar with a whisk and add to the plum puree.

3. Boil the mixture for a minute and a half after boiling, stirring constantly.

4. Transfer the filling to a separate container and allow to cool.

6. Grate the frozen dough on top.

7. Bake at 180 degrees for 40 minutes.
