Ingredients:
- 1 kg of frozen strawberries
- 1 frozen banana
- 2 tbsp honey or sugar
- 1/2 lemon juice
- 1 tbsp yogurt
Method of preparation:
1. Put all the ingredients in a blender bowl and blend until smooth.
