Cook Victoria (cook_with_me_at_home) shared on Instagram a recipe for a healthy, tasty and nutritious salad made from beans, chicken and eggs, which is very quick and easy to prepare.
Ingredients:
- chicken fillet - 400 g
- red beans - 200-240 g
- cucumber - 3-4 pcs.
- eggs - 4 pcs.
- salt, pepper - to taste
- sour cream - 4-5 tbsp.
- Mustard - 2 tsp.
Method of preparation:
1. Boil eggs and chicken fillet, cool.
2. Drain the canned beans, rinse them and place them on a paper towel.
3. Dice the cucumber, eggs, and fillet and place in a bowl.
4. Add the sour cream with mustard and spices, season the salad and serve immediately, as the cucumber will quickly release its juice.
