Thin pancakes with herbs that don't tear: what to add to the dough

Every housewife's dream is to cook successful, tasty, flavorful, light pancakes that don't tear, but it doesn't always work out the first time. This is often due to unsuccessful dough, which can be too thin or, conversely, too clogged.
Chef Valentyna Saienko shared a recipe on Instagram for perfectly thin pancakes with herbs that go well with cream cheese and fish.
The secret to successful pancakes: add oil to the dough!
Ingredients:
- Milk – 600 g
- Flour – 250 g
- Eggs – 3 pcs
- Baking powder – 1/2 tsp
- Herbs (dill, parsley, green onions and cilantro) – 50 g
- Hard cheese – 150 g
- Vegetable oil – 50 g + for frying
- Salt, sugar – to taste
- Spices – to taste
- Garlic granulated
Method of preparation:
1. Beat the eggs with a whisk with sugar and salt until smooth, then add the flour, mix, and pour in the milk, mix again.
2. Add flour, baking powder, and spices, then finely chopped herbs and grated cheese, mix, and pour in vegetable oil.
3. Fry pancakes on medium heat on both sides!
