Tiramisu in its classic version is one of the most favorite desserts for adults and kids alike. But if you add a few more unusual accents to it, it can become even more gastronomically appealing.

For example, the famous blogger Yana Stanishevska shared her personal version of this dessert on her Instagram page. She offered a summer interpretation of tiramisu with the addition of alcohol and berries.

What to add to tiramisu to make it a summer dessert.

  • Savoyardi biscuits
  • 250 grams of mascarpone
  • 100 ml of berry liqueur
  • 100 ml of "Baileys"
  • 2 eggs
  • 50-70 grams of sugar
  • Fresh raspberries and mint for decoration

Method of preparation:

1. Separate the eggs into yolks and whites and beat them separately. Whisk the whites until they are "sharp peaks" and the yolks with sugar so that they double in volume.

2. Add the mascarpone to the yolk mass and beat with a mixer again. Next, add the egg whites and mix everything with a spatula. The cream is ready.

3. Take the biscuits and dip them in liqueur or Baileys for 5-6 seconds (which layer will be first is your choice) and put them in the mold: a spoonful of cream on top, biscuits in liqueur again, cream again.

4. Put everything in the fridge for 2 hours.

5. Take it out, and garnish it with fresh raspberries and mint.

The blogger notes that this dessert can be made with any berry you have at home. She prepared the summer tiramisu in portions, but it can also be put into a convenient large mold.
