Ingredients:

  • cottage cheese – 200 g

  • eggs – 1 pc
Chicken eggs
  • flour – 3 tbsp
  • sugar – 1 tbsp

  • salt – 1/3 tsp
  • flour for sprinkling the surface – 1 tsp

The filling:

  • cherries or any other berries – 100 g

  • yogurt/sour cream – 1-2 tbsp

  • condensed milk – to taste

Method of preparation:

1. Add the egg, sugar, and salt to the cottage cheese, and beat with a blender.

2. Add flour and knead into a sticky dough.

3. Flour the surface well, put the dough out, roll the sausage, and cut it into 18-20 pieces.
