Successful lazy dumplings with berries for breakfast in 10 minutes
Lazy dumplings are an ideal dish for a quick, tasty, and satisfying breakfast, which children love. To make the dish more colorful and tasty, simply add berries or fruit as a filling.

Ingredients:
- cottage cheese – 200 g
- eggs – 1 pc
- flour – 3 tbsp
- sugar – 1 tbsp
- salt – 1/3 tsp
- flour for sprinkling the surface – 1 tsp
The filling:
- cherries or any other berries – 100 g
Sauce:
- yogurt/sour cream – 1-2 tbsp
- condensed milk – to taste
Method of preparation:
1. Add the egg, sugar, and salt to the cottage cheese, and beat with a blender.
2. Add flour and knead into a sticky dough.
3. Flour the surface well, put the dough out, roll the sausage, and cut it into 18-20 pieces.
4. Put the berries inside and roll them into balls.
5. Bring the water to a boil, add salt, and cook the dumplings for 4-5 minutes.
Pour sour cream, yogurt, or condensed milk over the dumplings if you like, it will be very tasty and satisfying!
