Cook Victoria (vika_tasty) shared a recipe for a delicious salad based on mushrooms, eggs, and corn on Instagram.
Ingredients:
- champignons - 300 g
- fresh cucumbers - 3 pcs.
- eggs - 4 pcs.
- corn - 1/2 can
- fresh dill - to taste
- mayonnaise
- salt, pepper
Method of preparation:
1. Boil eggs.
2. Chop mushrooms and fry them in vegetable oil.
3. Transfer to a bowl, add corn, season with mayonnaise, salt and pepper and sprinkle with chopped herbs.
It is worth noting that the salad can also be used as a filling for tartlets!
