Korean carrots are a delicious, spicy, and easy-to-prepare appetizer. They can be cooked in different ways: with or without garlic, and for an unusual taste, try adding mustard.

Korean carrot recipe

Ingredients:

  • carrots - 0.5 kg
Carrots for the dish
  • French mustard - 1 tsp.
  • sugar - 1/2 tsp.
  • salt - 1/2 tsp.
Cooking oil
  • garlic - 2 cloves
  • ground black pepper - 1/4 tsp.
  • vinegar - 1 tbsp
  • vegetable oil - 50 ml
Cooking oil
  • spices for carrots - 1.5 tsp.
  • turmeric - 1/3 tsp.

Method of preparation:

1. Wash and peel the carrots.

2. Grate the carrots.

3. Squeeze out the garlic, add to the carrots along with the mustard, and mix everything with your hands.

4. Mix the oil with the spices and vinegar, stir and pour over the carrots.
