Korean carrots are a delicious, spicy, and easy-to-prepare appetizer. They can be cooked in different ways: with or without garlic, and for an unusual taste, try adding mustard.
Cook Anastasia (anny. cooking ) shared a recipe for delicious Korean carrots on Instagram, which can be eaten in a few hours.
Ingredients:
- carrots - 0.5 kg
- French mustard - 1 tsp.
- sugar - 1/2 tsp.
- salt - 1/2 tsp.
- garlic - 2 cloves
- ground black pepper - 1/4 tsp.
- vinegar - 1 tbsp
- vegetable oil - 50 ml
- spices for carrots - 1.5 tsp.
- turmeric - 1/3 tsp.
Method of preparation:
1. Wash and peel the carrots.
2. Grate the carrots.
3. Squeeze out the garlic, add to the carrots along with the mustard, and mix everything with your hands.
4. Mix the oil with the spices and vinegar, stir and pour over the carrots.
5. Cover the carrots with foil and leave to marinate.
