Homemade adjika


  • tomatoes - 1.5 kg

  • onion - 2 pcs.
  • carrots - 3 pcs.
Garlic and hot pepper
  • sweet pepper - 2 pcs.
  • sour apples - 3 pcs.

  • chili peppers - 3-4 pcs.
Raw garlic
  • garlic - 2 heads
  • sunflower oil - 1/2 cup
  • vinegar - 1/2 cup
  • sugar - 100 g
  • salt - 1.5 tbsp.

Method of preparation:

1. Wash the vegetables, peel and cut them into medium-sized pieces to fit in a meat grinder.
