Everything is suitable for the filling: vegetables, hard and cream cheese, meat and ham, minced meat, red fish, tuna, and greens.

  • pita bread 1 pc\tortilla - 4 pcs.
  • red bell pepper - 1 pc
  • yellow bell pepper - 1\2 pcs
  • ham\lightly salted salmon - 250 g
  • cream cheese - 250 g
  • green onions - 1 bunch
  • salt and pepper

Method of preparation:

1. Prepare some ingredients: pepper and ham cut into cubes, chop the onion.

2. Mix pepper, ham, and onion, adding cream cheese, salt and pepper. Mix well.

4. When serving, cut into portions and garnish with herbs if desired.
