Potato casserole with meat for a hearty lunch: a simple recipe

Ingredients:
- boiled potatoes - 750 g
- eggs - 1 pc.
- butter - 50 g
- pepper - to taste
Meat sauce:
- minced meat - 500-600 g
- tomato paste - 2-3 tbsp.
- tomato - 1 pc.
- green onion
- granulated garlic - 1.5 tsp.
- Provencal herbs - 1.5 tsp.
- hard cheese - 100 g
- salt, pepper - to taste
Method of preparation:
1. Sauce: fry the meat in vegetable oil until tender, add tomato paste, garlic, Provencal herbs, salt, and pepper, and simmer for a while.
2. Chop the green onions and tomatoes and add to the meat.
3. Boil the potatoes in salted water and mash them.
4. Add the butter, pepper and raw egg to the hot potatoes and stir quickly until smooth.
5. Assemble the casserole: grease the baking dish, add mashed potatoes, and sauce, and sprinkle grated cheese on top.
6. Bake at 180 degrees for 30 minutes.
