Pickled cucumbers with flour: sharing an original recipe
Fresh cucumbers can be canned, pickled, and fermented. Add garlic and spices for a savory flavor.
The cook shared a recipe on Instagram for delicious pickled cucumbers with flour, which will be very crispy.
Ingredients:
To the bottom of the jar:
- Dill umbrella
- Horseradish leaves
- A couple of cloves of garlic
- A bay leaf
- Currant and cherry leaves on request
For a 3 liter jar:
- 3 tbsp salt
- 3 tbsp of flour
Method of preparation:
1. Put currant and cherry leaves and garlic on the bottom of the jars. Put the cucumbers on top.
2. Pour flour into the jars, cover with cold water, and shake well to dissolve the flour.
Leave them warm for 4 days and put them in the cellar on the 4th day, they are ready in 2 months.
