Housewives often add more flour to make the cheesecakes puffy and hold their shape. However, the texture of such products is very clogged, and the dish becomes extremely high in calories. Therefore, it is worth using a much simpler and healthier option.
The idea of making perfect cheesecakes was published on the Instagram page of food blogger Iryna Smachnenko. To use this method, you need to add semolina and a banana, which has a sticky texture.
Ingredients:
- cottage cheese – 350 g
- eggs – 2 pcs
- semolina – 3 tbsp
- butter – 30 g
- bananas – 2 pcs
- strawberries for serving
Method of preparation:
1. Beat the ingredients in a blender.
2. The butter should be melted.
3. Fry in a non-stick frying pan without oil.
4. Mash the strawberries with a fork and pour over the cheesecakes.
