Lazy sausages in dough: no need to knead anything
Sausage in dough is a dish from childhood. Nowadays, you can find it in many shops or bakeries. And if you want to make this dish at home, you can use a very simple, universal method and dip the sausage in regular batter. It turns out very tasty, and most importantly, you don't need to knead anything.
The idea of making lazy sausages in the dough was published on the Instagram page of food blogger Viktoriia Didus (victoria_didus).
Ingredients:
- hearts – 2 pcs
- eggs – 1 pc
- salt and pepper
- sour cream – 1 large tbsp (you can use mayonnaise)
- flour – 2.5 tbsp
- oil for frying
- ketchup
Method of preparation:
1. Combine eggs, sour cream, flour, and spices. Make the mass homogeneous.
2. Cut the hearts into slices.
3. Dip in the batter.
4. Fry on both sides until golden brown.
5. Top with a strip of ketchup.
