Kefir pies: a simple dish that everyone will definitely like
Pies are a versatile dish. They can be eaten for breakfast or dinner, or used as a snack. There are thousands of different pie recipes. Some are made with yeast dough and require special attention. Others, on the contrary, are made with ingredients that everyone has in their fridge and take just a few minutes to prepare.
Food blogger Olha Riabenko shared a recipe for such pies on Instagram. She told us how to make kefir pies quickly and correctly, and everyone will love them.

Ingredients
- Kefir - 200 ml
- Flour - 300 g
- Salt - 1 tsp
- Sugar - 1 tsp
- Baking powder - 1 tsp.
- Egg - 1 pc
- Boiled eggs - 4 pcs
- Green onions - 8 stalks
- Hard cheese - 100 gr
- Oil for frying
Method of preparation
1. Mix kefir with salt, sugar and baking powder.
2. Add the egg and flour. Knead the dough.

3. Dice the boiled eggs. Chop the onion and grate the cheese.
4. Add all the ingredients to the dough and mix well.
Add the filling.

5. Put a large spoonful of dough on a preheated frying pan.
Fry the pies.

6. Fry until golden brown on all sides.
