Juicy fish cutlets in crispy breading: a dietary dish for lunch and dinner
Fish is a very healthy product, and making fishcakes from it can make a very tasty and nutritious dish. Their biggest advantage is that the cutlets are perfect even from the cheapest fish.
Food blogger Dariia with the nickname recepti_dariko shared a recipe for juicy fish cutlets on her Instagram page.
Ingredients:
- sea fish fillet – 1.5 kg
- slices of white bread – 4 pcs
- eggs – 2 pcs
- warm milk – 100 ml
- flour – 2 tbsp
- breadcrumbs
- salt and spices
Method of preparation:
1. Clean the fish from excess fat and cut it into pieces.
2. Cut the hard part from the bread, and soak the crumb in warm milk.
3. Then grind the fish and bread through a meat grinder.
4. Add eggs, flour, salt, and spices to the minced meat. Mix well.
5. Form patties and roll them in breadcrumbs. Put the cutlets on a cutting board and leave them in the freezer for 30 minutes.
6. After that, you can fry the cutlets or put them in a container and store them in the freezer.
