Ice cream flavored pancake cake: a dessert that doesn't need to be baked
This recipe will come in handy when guests are on the doorstep. It is quick to prepare and looks very interesting. Once you try it once, you will want to make this cake not only for your guests but also for yourself, because its taste is simply incomparable and resembles ice cream.

Ingredients for pancakes
- Eggs - 4 pcs
- Milk - 800 ml
- Sugar - 4 tbsp
- Flour - 11-12 tbsp
- Oil - 2 tbsp
- Salt - a pinch
Ingredients for the cream
- Cream 33% - 250 ml
- Cream cheese - 500 gr
- Condensed milk - 250 g
- Wood-based thickener (optional)
The way of preparation
1. Mix eggs with 2/3 of the flour, sugar and a pinch of salt.
2. Gradually pour in the slightly warm milk and sift in the rest of the flour. Add the oil and leave for 15 minutes.
3. Fry the pancakes until cooked, greasing the frying pan with oil.
4. Cut the pancakes to the size of the mold, and leave 4 pancakes for the base.
5. Prepare the cream. Combine chilled cream, cream cheese, and condensed milk in a tall bowl. Whisk until thickened and increased in volume. It will take about 10-15 minutes.
6. Add thickener if necessary.
7. Assemble the cake in a ring or mold. Put down 4 pancakes in a circle that have not been cut. Put a pancake in the center and alternately lay out: cream - strawberries - pancakes. Any berries can be used.
