How to make salted pancakes: even children will like them
In addition to apples and bananas, pancakes can be made from chicken, veal, pork, and beef liver. They are very satisfying and healthy – even for children. They are soft, and tender and have a light crispy crust.
Food blogger Inna Shumak with the nickname shumak_inna shared a recipe for liver pancakes on her Instagram page.
Ingredients:
- chicken liver – 500 g
- eggs – 2 pcs
- onion – 1 pc
- carrots – 1 pc
- flour – 3 tbsp
- salt, spices (the recipe contains smoked paprika and suneli hops)
Method of preparation:
1. First, prepare the liver, grinding it in a blender.
2. Add eggs, salt, and spices to the resulting mass.
3. Also grind carrots and onions in a blender. Add the vegetable puree to the liver.
4. Add flour at the end. Stir to combine.
5. Fry the pancakes.
