How to make fluffy pancakes without flour: you need one simple ingredient
Pancakes are considered a rather fatty and high-calorie dish because according to traditional technology, they are made with flour and oil. But if you make the dough based on semolina, the products will even turn out to be dietary. The cereal produces a homogeneous, tender mass that does not burn during frying and holds its shape well.
The idea of making semolina pancakes was published on the Instagram page of food blogger Tamara with the nickname tomka_recepti.
Ingredients:
- eggs – 2 pcs
- sugar – 3 tbsp
- kefir – 230 g
- semolina – 300 g
- baking soda – 0.5 tsp
Method of preparation:
1. Mix eggs and sugar with a whisk.
2. Add kefir and semolina, and mix well.
3. Cover and leave for 30 minutes.
4. Add the baking soda.
5. Put in a pastry bag and fry in vegetable oil on both sides under the lid.
