Culinary expert Tetiana Lytvynova shared a recipe for a delicious appetizer on her YouTube channel that you can prepare in 10 minutes with just a few simple ingredients.
Secrets from the cook:
- to prevent the appetizer from sticking to the spoon, moisten it with water
- put the appetizer in vegetable oil
Ingredients:
- Processed cheese - 400 g
- Mayonnaise - 50 g
- Garlic - 1 clove.
- Olive oil - 1 tbsp.
- Greek nuts - 80 g
- Lettuce - 1/2 bunch
- Dill - 30 g
Method of preparation:
1. Put the processed cheeses in a blender, add mayonnaise, and garlic, and beat well until smooth.
2. Chop the nuts and dill.
3. Spoon the mixture into the oil and put it in the oil.
4. Take them out and gently shape them, roll them in nuts, and you can also roll them in chopped dill.
5. You can put the appetizer in a lettuce leaf – it will be very tasty.
