How to fry zucchini: recipe for a tasty appetizer with garlic and mayonnaise
Zucchini is a versatile vegetable that can be cooked in a variety of ways: stewed, breaded, baked, marinated, and added to appetizers and salads. They are low in calories and therefore ideal for a light lunch, dinner, or even a snack.
Food blogger Yulia (_lady.stegantseva_) shared a recipe for fried zucchini, which is delicious served with garlic and mayonnaise, on her Instagram page.
Ingredients:
- zucchini
- salt
- flour
For the sauce:
- garlic
- mayonnaise
Method of preparation:
1. First, wash the zucchini, cut it into medium rings and put it in a deep bowl. Add salt, mix and leave for 10 minutes.
2. Next, roll the zucchini in flour on both sides and fry in a pan in oil until golden brown.
3. For the sauce, pass the garlic through a press and mix it with mayonnaise.
4. You can brush the fried zucchini with the sauce on top or eat it by dipping it in the sauce. It's ready!
