How to bake bananas deliciously: perfect with chocolate and ice cream

Bananas can be eaten fresh or baked. They go well with chocolate, nuts, and ice cream. If you serve all of this on one plate, you get a simple yet sophisticated dessert.

Chef Anatolii Dobrovolskiy (dobrovolskiy_hchef) shared a recipe for baked bananas on his Instagram page.

Ingredients:

• bananas – 4-5 pcs
• chocolate – 100 g
• pecans – 2 tbsp

Optional:

• ice cream

Method of preparation:

1. Put the bananas on a wire rack and bake in the oven at 200 degrees until the peel turns black.

2. Meanwhile, in a blender, grind the chocolate and pecans until crumbly.

3. Remove the peel from the hot bananas and place on a plate.

4. Sprinkle with chocolate and pecan crumbs.

5. Serve with a scoop of your favorite ice cream.
