Fluffy cottage cheese buns with sugar and cinnamon in 10 minutes: a recipe from the cook
Buns are a great tea dish that can be a tasty and simple alternative to pies and casseroles. They can be made with different doughs, with and without different fillings.
Cook Alina (Alina_FooDee) shared on Instagram a recipe for delicious, cottage cheese buns with cinnamon and sugar that will turn out to be fluffy and airy.
Ingredients:
- Cottage cheese 5% - 200 g
- Egg - 1 pc.
- Sugar - 40 g
- Vanilla sugar - 10 g
- Flour - about 170 g + 30 g of flour for working with the dough
- Butter - 50 g
- Salt - a pinch
- Baking powder - 1 tsp.
Additionally:
- Milk - for greasing the buns
- Butter - 20 g
- Sugar - 2 tbsp.
- Cinnamon - 1 tsp.
Method of preparation:
1. In a bowl, combine cottage cheese, egg, sugar, vanilla sugar, a pinch of salt, and oil. Beat the mixture with a blender until smooth.
2. Mix the flour and baking powder and add to the other ingredients.
3. Knead the soft dough, adding a little more flour if necessary.
4. Divide the dough into 10 pieces, roll out a flagellum from each, and form a bun.
5. Put the buns on parchment and brush with milk, bake for 15-20 minutes at 180 C.
6. Mix the sugar and cinnamon.
Brush the finished buns with butter and roll them in cinnamon sugar, it will be delicious!
