There are always a lot of different salads during the holidays because they are delicious and very easy to prepare. If you are already bored with the usual ones, you can experiment and prepare them in a new way.

Hector Jimenez-Bravo, chef and MasterChef judge, shared a recipe for a delicious crab stick salad without rice, which will be much tastier than with it, on Instagram.

Ingredients:

  • crab sticks - 200 g
  • eggs - 5 pcs
  • fresh cucumbers - 280 g
  • canned corn - 280 g
  • salt - to taste
  • homemade mayonnaise - 100 g
  • greens, green onions - a bunch

Method of preparation:

1. Cut the crab sticks.

2. Boil the eggs and cut them into small cubes.

3. Remove seeds from cucumbers and cut them into cubes.

4. Chop the herbs and onion.

5. Mix all ingredients, add salt, pepper and homemade mayonnaise.

6. Mix the salad thoroughly, refrigerate for a few hours, and serve.
