Homemade stuffed pancakes (nalysnyky) are very easy to make. You just need to make a successful batter, which determines the taste and structure of the dish. To make the pancakes tender, the cottage cheese for the filling should be rubbed through a sieve.

Cook Kateryna shared a recipe for delicious homemade pancakes with a delicate cottage cheese filling on Instagram.

Ingredients:

  • cottage cheese - 600 g
  • raisins - 200 g
  • eggs - 2 pcs.
  • sugar - 4 tbsp
  • vanilla sugar - 5 g
  • salt - to taste
  • butter to generously grease the mold and put on top of pancakes

Method of preparation:

1. Rub the cottage cheese through a sieve. Soak the raisins in boiling water for 5 minutes, and then rinse well several times.

2. Add eggs, raisins, regular and vanilla sugar, and salt to the cottage cheese. Mix well.

3. Put any amount of filling on the pancake and roll it up.

4. Grease a baking dish with butter and place the pancakes in it. Then grease the top with butter. Sprinkle with powdered sugar. Bake at 180 C for 20-30 minutes.

Serve hot with sour cream or condensed milk!
