Whole baked pumpkin with meat and vegetables: recipe for a hearty and healthy dish
Pumpkin is a very healthy and tasty autumn vegetable that can be the basis for making delicious salads, as well as casseroles, puddings, and porridges. It can also be baked with meat, vegetables, and cheese.

Ingredients:
- medium-sized pumpkin - 1 pc
- potatoes - 2 pcs
- meat (in this recipe, it is pork) - 200 g
- pepper - 1 pc
- carrots - 2 pcs
- onion - 1 pc
- butter
- mushrooms - 100 g
- favorite spices
Method of preparation:
1. Wash the pumpkin, cut off the "cap" and remove the seeds. Leave the cap for later.
2. For the roast, fry the onion and carrots until golden brown. Add the chopped meat, potatoes and pepper. Season with salt and pepper to taste. At the end of cooking, add the mushrooms and cook until almost tender.
3. Grease the pumpkin inside with oil and add the filling. Cover with the cap and bake at 200 C for an hour. At the end of cooking, sprinkle with cheese and cook for another 10 minutes.
